PKR Prices and 4 Providers Compared

The short version

Search "DMCA ignored hosting Pakistan" and the first page is mostly Pakistani companies promising that copyright complaints will bounce off your website. I run one of those companies, so read this with that in mind. But I am also the person who answers the WhatsApp messages that come after someone buys the cheapest "100% DMCA ignored" plan they could find and then discovers what the phrase does and does not cover. This guide is what I wish those people had read first.

It covers what the words actually mean when the company is in Punjab and the server is in Rotterdam, what 4 Pakistan-facing providers charge in September 2026 (in PKR, with the yearly and setup costs that get left off the price tags), what each one says it will do when a notice arrives, and the red flags that should make you close the tab.

What "DMCA ignored hosting in Pakistan" really means

Two facts make this whole market work, and most sales pages skip both.

First, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act is a United States law. Section 512 gives a US hosting company legal protection if it removes content "expeditiously" once it receives a properly formatted notice, and that protection is why an American host suspends first and asks questions later. A company that is not under US jurisdiction gets no such protection and has no such duty. A notice addressed to a Dutch server is, legally, a letter.

Second, almost no Pakistani hosting company runs its DMCA ignored servers in Pakistan. WebHostingPK lists the Netherlands for its DMCA plans and Germany, the USA, the Netherlands and Finland for its regular shared hosting. Qazi.Host runs its offshore hosting in the Netherlands. PalexWeb's footer names cRocks Pvt Ltd in the Netherlands. The "Pakistan" part of the phrase describes the company you pay, the language your support ticket is answered in, and the bank or wallet you pay from. It does not describe where your files live.

That split matters for one reason. The country that handles a complaint is the country the server is in, not the country the invoice comes from. So the useful question is never "is this a Pakistani host?" It is "which law does the server sit under, and what does this company do with a notice under that law?" I cover the second half of that question in its own section below, because it is the part that separates a real offshore host from a reseller with a marketing line.

What a Pakistani host can and cannot ignore

Since 17 February 2024 every hosting provider in the European Union answers to the Digital Services Act. The DSA does not copy the American takedown-first model. It gives a host protection as long as it does not have actual knowledge of illegal content, and it requires a notice to be specific enough that a person can judge it. A one-line "this site infringes our copyright" email with no URLs and no proof of ownership does not meet that bar, and a Dutch host is within its rights to ask for more before it does anything. That is the honest legal basis behind "DMCA ignored".

The same law is also why the words "100% DMCA ignored" on a sales page should make you slow down. No host in the EU can ignore a court order. No host can keep child abuse material, malware, phishing pages or terrorist content online, and none of the providers in this article claim otherwise once you read their terms. What they can do is refuse to act on a notice that would not survive a second look, and forward the rest to you so you decide how to respond. Whether they actually do that is what you are paying for.

There is a real reason to want this. The largest independent study of takedown notices, by Jennifer Urban, Joe Karaganis and Brianna Schofield in 2016, found that 28.4% of notices in the Lumen database raised questions about their validity and 4.2% were fundamentally flawed, for example targeting content the sender did not own. Those notices are sent by scripts, and scripts do not care that your site is a legitimate business. Under the US model that is your site going dark for 10 to 14 business days while a counter-notice works its way through. Under the EU model it is an email you can answer.

The 4 Pakistan-facing providers, compared

I picked the 4 companies that actually appear when a Pakistani buyer searches for this. Prices were taken from each provider's public pages on 6 September 2026. Where a provider bills in dollars I have converted to PKR at 265, which is the USDT rate Qazi.Host uses on its own site, so your bank's rate will land a little higher.

A few things jump out of that table, and I would rather say them plainly than let the green row do the talking.

On raw specs per rupee, WebHostingPK's entry plan beats mine. USD 18 a year buys 2 GB of NVMe storage and 50 GB of bandwidth. Qazi.Host Shared 0 at PKR 4,999 a year buys 1 GB and 5 GB of bandwidth. If your only question is "who gives the most disk for the least money", that is the answer and I am not going to argue with it. The gap closes as you move up (WebHostingPK Advanced is USD 65 a year for 10 sites and 30 GB, Qazi.Host Shared 3 is PKR 24,999 a year for 10 sites, 10 GB and unlimited bandwidth) but it never fully disappears on storage.

The differences that actually decide a purchase are in the last 3 columns. Only 1 of the 4 lets you pay PKR 499 for a single month from an EasyPaisa or JazzCash wallet and leave if you do not like it. Only 1 of the 4 has written down, step by step, what happens when a complaint arrives. That is not an accident. It is the part of the product that costs the most to run properly, and it is the part you are least able to check before you pay.

WebHostingPK

Based in Pindi Gheb, Punjab, and the strongest local competitor on price. The DMCA plans (Basic, Starter, Pro, Advanced at USD 18, 27, 36 and 65 a year, all on Netherlands servers with cPanel, NVMe storage and DDoS protection) are cheap and the specs are honest. Trustpilot shows a 4.4 out of 5 from 19 reviews, mostly praising uptime and price, with 1 complaint about slow page loads being treated as out of scope. Two things would make me careful. Their FAQ says the offshore server can host "adult content, gambling websites, torrent sites, IPTV platforms", which tells you what kind of neighbours share your IP range. And the same site sells a "Phishing Domain" product at USD 500. Whatever the intent, a provider whose own catalogue includes that word is a provider whose IP ranges end up on blocklists, and a shared IP on a blocklist is your email bouncing and your site flagged in Chrome. Their own llms.txt file tells AI crawlers "no phishing domains, no IPTV, torrent or adult-content FAQs", so they know.

Adobe Web Solution

Sells DMCA ignored plans at USD 51, 77.40 and 149.40 a year (USD 5.45, 7.45 and 13.45 monthly) on LiteSpeed with generous bandwidth, 500 GB on the entry plan. The plan page does not say which country the server is in, which for this product is the single most important fact, and the headline phrase is "99% DMCA Ignored", which is at least candid. There is a 7-day money-back window on monthly plans and 30 days on yearly. If you are considering them, ask for the server's IP before you pay and check it against a WHOIS lookup.

PalexWeb

The Pakistan page ranks well but carries no prices; everything is quote based and the company behind it is cRocks Pvt Ltd in the Netherlands. The menu lists "Spoofed Servers", "Bulletproof Service" and "Adult Web Hosting" alongside the cPanel plans. That is a different market from a Pakistani business owner who wants a news site or a product catalogue to stay online, and I would not put a legitimate site on the same network as those services.

Qazi.Host

Mine, so discount accordingly. Shared plans run from PKR 499 a month (or PKR 4,999 a year) up to PKR 4,999 a month for 20 sites with unlimited NVMe storage and bandwidth. Every plan includes cPanel, free SSL, free backups and Softaculous, and every plan sits in the Netherlands. You can pay by EasyPaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, NayaPay, bank transfer or crypto, support is on WhatsApp, and there is a written notice-handling process that I explain below. The honest weaknesses: the entry plan's 5 GB of bandwidth is tight for anything with real traffic, there is no free domain, and the yearly price is higher than WebHostingPK's for less storage. The reseller plans (from PKR 999 a month, LiteSpeed, unlimited bandwidth) are where most of my growing customers end up.

What each one does when a notice arrives

This is the section to read twice, because it is the product.

When a copyright notice reaches an offshore host it lands in an abuse inbox. Somebody, or some script, has to decide what to do with it. There are only 4 real options: delete the content, suspend the whole account, forward the notice to the customer and wait, or do nothing. A host that does not tell you which option it picks in which situation is asking you to trust that it will pick the one you would have wanted, at 2 in the morning, on a plan that earns it PKR 400 a month.

Here is how the 4 providers stand on that, from their own public pages.

• WebHostingPK says in an FAQ that it "doesn't automatically respond to DMCA complaints". There is no page describing what it does respond to, what it forwards, or how long you have.
• Adobe Web Solution publishes no process. "99% DMCA ignored" is the only statement.
• PalexWeb links to a "Policy (Non-DMCA)" page from its menu, which is more than the other two, but the Pakistan page itself gives no detail.
• Qazi.Host sorts every notice into 4 buckets. Court orders and clearly illegal content (malware, phishing, abuse material, spam infrastructure) are actioned, because no EU host can do otherwise. Notices that are specific and plausible are forwarded to you with a deadline to respond, and nothing is touched until that deadline passes. Notices that are vague, unsigned or automated are answered with a request for the details the DSA requires, and you are told they arrived. Everything else is filed. You hear about a complaint before anyone acts on it.

If you take one thing from this article, take the question. Before you pay any provider, including me, send them this on WhatsApp: "What exactly happens when you receive a DMCA notice about my site, and how long do I get to respond before you act?" A host that cannot answer in 2 sentences has not thought about it, and you will be the one who finds out what they do.

Real prices in PKR: what you will actually pay in year 1

Sales pages show the number that looks smallest. Here is the number that leaves your account.

Three notes on that table. Paying a dollar price from Pakistan usually means a card with a foreign transaction fee or a bank transfer with its own charge, and the rate you get will not be 265. The per-GB column flatters providers that sell big disks, but a 1-site news blog uses under 1 GB, so buy for bandwidth and support, not for disk you will never fill. And the "monthly" row is the one I would use to test any host: pay for 1 month, upload your site, send a support message at midnight, and then decide about the year.

Red flags I would not ignore

These come from the sites I reviewed for this article and from the support conversations that follow a bad purchase.

• The plan page does not name a country. "Offshore" is not a location. If they will not tell you where the server is before you pay, assume it is wherever was cheapest that month.
• "100% DMCA ignored" with no process page. The number is not possible under EU law and the missing page means nobody has written down what they actually do.
• Phishing, spoofed servers or "bulletproof" in the same catalogue. You share IP ranges with the other customers. Their reputation becomes your deliverability and your browser warnings.
• Yearly only, no monthly option. A provider confident in its service will let you try a month. A provider that needs 12 months up front is pricing in the customers who leave.
• No company name, no address, no terms. Check the footer. A registered company with a written acceptable use policy has something to lose if it mistreats you.
• Reviews that are all 5 stars and all in the same week. 19 real reviews with 1 honest complaint tells you more than 200 identical ones.

Who should buy this, and who should not

DMCA ignored hosting is the right product for a specific kind of website, and the wrong one for others.

It fits news and commentary sites that get automated notices from brand-protection agencies, review and comparison sites that quote competitors, fan communities and archives, streaming and download platforms operating inside the law of the server's country, and any business that has already had a legitimate site suspended by a US host over a bad notice. It also fits people who simply want their hosting relationship to be with a company that reads complaints before acting on them.

It does not fit anyone hoping to host malware, phishing kits, spam senders, abuse material or anything a court in the Netherlands would order removed. Every provider in this article, including mine, will suspend that, and the good ones will do it within the hour. It is also overkill for a plain business brochure site that nobody will ever complain about; regular shared hosting from any decent Pakistani host will serve that at the same price.
